I am certain that you are familier with a september 2000 document titled: Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century, published by the Project for a New American Century. Of course you are. On page 58 of this document is the famous quote about a "...galvanizing event, like a new pearl Harbor..." You lent your face to this farce, an now you will scurry off into the darkness like yet another Rat.
