Best line in Clinton's speach.

"First of all, America just works better when more people have a chance to live their dreams.

And, secondly, we live in an interdependent world in which we cannot possibly kill, jail or occupy all of our potential adversaries. So we have to both fight terror and build a world with more partners and fewer terrorists."
We cannot possibly kill, jail, or occupy all of our potential adversaries. Think about it. This is the most concise condemnation of the bush administration approach to the "war on terra". This is talking point to use in the discussion of these policies, with people who are still on the fence.

We cannot kill, jail, or occupy everyone with a beef against us. Period. No matter how many troops we can conscript from the homeland (every person between the ages of 16-35). Or thinking outside the box, offering citizenship to any immigrant who will join the military, will we ever be able to come up with the force strength required to occupy and subdue China. Period.
